In 2017 the 4C Spider disappeared, reappearing for 2018. Now the 4C Spider is the only variant for the 2019 model year, with the 4C coupe taking a break.

The 4C gets a new backup camera, standard. Cruise control and rear park sensors are now standard.

Heated rear seats are available. A new premium alarm system is also available.

Giulia Quadrifoglio

The sweetest of hotrod sport sedans gets a folding rear seat to accommodate larger loads. Split 40/20/40, it also includes a middle seat headrest. Heated rear seats are now offered.

Stelvio

For those who want a small, sporty, foreign sport-utility but don't want or need all-wheel drive, the Stelvio now comes in a rear-wheel drive only model.

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are now standard.

Heated rear seats are offered as part of the cold weather package.

A number of special appearance packages are added: 

Nero Edizione: Includes 20-in flat black sport aluminum wheels, black grille, flat black mirror caps, badges, flat black exhaust tips, monochromatic wheel caps, colored brake calipers (red, black or yellow), gloss black window trim, and gloss black roof rails.

Ti Sport Carbon: Includes 20-inch aluminum wheels, carbon fiber grille, carbon fiber mirror caps, carbon fiber interior trim, dark badges, dark exhaust tips, dark rear valance, door projector lights and monochromatic wheel caps.

Stelvio Quadrifoglio

Heated rear seats are now part of the cold weather package.

New Nero Edizione: Includes dark miron V scudetto grille, dark miron mirror caps, and dark miron badges.

Exterior Carbon Fiber Package: Includes a carbon fiber grille, carbon fiber mirror caps, dark miron Stelvio badges and flat black 5-hole wheels.
